Protecting Members and Employees During the COVID-19 Outbreak

Update May 27, 2020

Lobby Service to Return at Main Office

We appreciate your patience as we have slowly started to re-open our branch locations.  We continue to follow advice from the CDC and local authorities who are monitoring our state’s virus trends.

Beginning June 1, the Main Office lobby will re-open to members.  However, we encourage you to continue to use our drive-thru, online and mobile services as much as possible.   As a reminder, if you do not feel well or have a fever, you are required to use the drive-thru or electronic services.  If you need to speak with someone, please contact us at 404.329.6415 so we may assist you.

We are taking special measures to help keep everyone safe.  We continue to wipe down high-touch areas frequently.  Hand sanitizer is available for our members and employees.   Therefore, we are asking you to observe the following guidelines, if you find it necessary to come into the branch lobby:

·   Members must wear a mask to enter the building.  Our staff is also required to wear a mask.
For the protection of your account, you may be asked to lower your mask slightly in an effort to properly identify you.  If you are not comfortable doing so, we are happy to assist you in the drive-thru or by phone.  You can also access your account through online or mobile banking.

·    Respect the social distancing decals and markers. Decals have been placed on the floor to limit distance to the teller line; we have reduced the number of lobby chairs and moved them to allow for social distancing.

·    Limited number of members allowed in the lobby.  We may limit the number of members into the lobby.  You may be asked to wait outside, until space has become available.  If you need to see a mortgage loan officer or investment advisor, you will need to make an appointment.
